背景故事 Background:

2017年，来自沙捞越泗里街詹亲财师傅结束了十八年的职业生涯想要创业，结果他就创办了鸭蛋手工面。开始由小面档在小镇文德甲经营起来，结果得到当地居民的热烈支持，给了他非常大的信心。

后来，詹师傅就转去关丹继续了他的梦想，一口气开了八个面档，虽然生意暴涨可是没有完善的管理系统，结果屡屡碰壁。

经历了许多波折后让他恍然大悟，后来他决定关剩下一间面档，将生意做得深而不是宽，整理了思路从新出发。

经过这次的疫情爆发也开始学会了线上运营，就此开发了鸭蛋风干面，面条特别好吃又没防腐剂，口感Q弹滑溜。

有了主角绝对少不了配角：家傳麻辣酱和家传辣椒酱也晋级成为第二和第三。

詹师傅的经营理念就是：「没有最好，只有更好」。一路走来实在不容易，希望能把最最好的如同耀眼的烟花让大家一尝口福，惊艳赞叹。

In 2017, Master Chieng King Chai, originally from Sarikei in Sarawak, concluded an illustrious 18-year career and embarked on a new journey into entrepreneurship. Motivated by his passion for culinary excellence, he ventured into the realm of gastronomy by introducing his speciality: duck egg noodles. Starting humbly with a modest noodle stall, Master Chieng's culinary creations quickly garnered fervent support from local patrons, instilling within him a profound sense of confidence and purpose.

Driven by his ambition to expand his culinary empire, Master Chieng relocated to Kuantan with the aspiration of launching eight noodle stalls simultaneously. While initial success was promising, the absence of a robust management framework led to challenges, resulting in the closure of seven stalls. Undeterred by setbacks, Master Chieng recognized the need for strategic recalibration, understanding the importance of depth over breadth in business operations.

  Emerging from adversity with newfound clarity, Master Chieng embraced innovation during the pandemic-induced lockdown. Leveraging the power of online platforms, he meticulously curated his signature product: duck egg-dried noodles. Distinguished by their exquisite taste and absence of preservatives, these noodles boast a tantalizing texture that is both springy and smooth. Additionally, Master Chieng introduced Mala Sauce and Spicy Hot Chili Sauce, further enriching his product portfolio.

In every endeavour, Master Chieng espouses a commitment to excellence, epitomized by his unwavering mantra:
